**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Reporting manager: Senior Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime software.
- Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions daily.
- **Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow Management**:

- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) daily.
- Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash transactions efficiently with integrity and approval.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure variances.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes(all invoices, bills, bank documents etc.).
- **Communication and Department Handling**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Handle departmental responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Ø **Ensure timely payment of all bills, including phone, electricity, maintenance, salaries, and insurance, with prior approval from management.**

**Ø Handle and protect confidential information with the utmost discretion.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven work experience as an accountant with expertise in GST filing, Tally software, BRS, and balance sheet finalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle departmental responsibilities and collaborate across teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Ø Should be well-versed in Tally Prime latest version.**

Ø Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance issues.
