Customer Service Representative

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to address any issues that arise.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
