**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcome Customers - greet everyone who enters. This action sets up a positive interaction with the stake holder and also reveals’ the company culture.
- Provide Service - direct people on their enquiries and questions for example,, explaining features about the machines, answering questions about service or product, transportation, Installation etc.
- Answer Phones - take care of incoming calls. can provide basic information, such as hours of operation or directions to the place, installation status etc and direct other inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Help with Security - Keep an eye on the visitors, and the area where people arrive and leave, report anything suspicious check IDs, collect visitors details and purpose of visit and enter the data in to google sheet.
- General Office Upkeep - perform routine clerical and administrative jobs, such as sorting mail, filing, entering data, and signing for packages.
- Promoting the Brand As one of the company’s main ambassadors, try to build excitement and convey information.
- Collection of water test result and client requirement list from project manager /sales executives for quotation preparation
- Receive letters, packages etc., distribute them, Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Coordination of marketing tele calling for cross selling and new sales closing
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Update WhatsApp monitoring checklist sand share the report daily to management group
- Basic water testing (TDS, PH etc.) in the office by referring testing manual.
- Preparation of consolidated report and share the findings with Management
- Adhere to company policy in order to achieve organization objective

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
