Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Female)
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, plus incentives based on converting the leads.
Immediate Hiring:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
