**Job Summary**:The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with sales and legal teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive bookings from sales and update CRM system accordingly
- Recheck area/cost details with booking form and ensure accuracy
- Upload all customer details in CRM software
- Route all customer calls through the CRM system and initiate welcome call/mail within 1 hour of booking
- Coordinate loan process with bankers and customers
- Receive 30% agreement amount from customers within 21 working days and initiate agreement process within 24 hours
- Share customer details with legal team to prepare construction and sale agreement drafts within 48 hours
- Send agreement drafts to customers and execute hard copies with legal team
- Maintain customer and legal copies of agreements
- Raise stage completion demands within 21 working days for new bookings and 15 working days for existing bookings
- Coordinate with site team to provide progress updates and pics to customers on a monthly basis
- Update customers proactively on upcoming stage completion dates
- Initiate registration process with legal team and provide customers with required details
- Maintain separate account for registration payments and route all payments through that account
- Maintain scan copies of registered documents in legal server
- Send gentle reminder calls/overdue reminder mails to customers every 3 days once
- Share receipts with customers immediately upon receiving chq/RTGS
- Address fund issues by moving customers to projects of lesser value
- Provide periodic updates on CC and handing over
- Inform customers that site visits will not be accepted after 95% completion due to safety reasons
- Conduct QA/QC before providing clearance for NOC
- Collect balance 5% payment along with delay payment charges (if any) and sign possession certificate
- Provide NDC to customer and initiate key handing over
- Resolve issues and clarifications with reporting manager on immediate basis
- Conduct weekly reviews and maintain relevant reports
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or construction industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, if required
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
