**Competencies**:

- Extensive experience in managing security operations, investigations, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of physical security, life safety, fire safety, and emergency management systems.
- Hands-on experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, barriers, intruder/fire alarms, firefighting equipment, GPS monitoring, DFMD, HHMD, and control panels.
- Skilled in planning and executing projects efficiently while adhering to timelines.
- Demonstrates strong ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in all professional dealings.
- Proven ability to serve as an effective and cooperative team member in various operational environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in recording and managing meeting outcomes, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google drive and maintaining a comprehensive site security calendar to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Supports the development of a master training matrix and administers onboarding/offboarding processes as per organizational standards.
- Participates in audit reviews, ensures compliance with standards, and tracking inventory.
- Ensures secure storage and accessibility of site documentation, including reports, SOPs, and templates, using standardized document management systems.
- Coordinates monthly site reports for presentation, supports the management of escort requests, and keeps management updated on project statuses.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
