**Role Overview**:
The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site operations for various interior and architectural projects. They will act as a bridge between design, execution, and client satisfaction while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Execution**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for seamless workflow.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Guide on-site workers to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and design consultants to ensure alignment.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at the site.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Address client concerns and provide updates on project status when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the interior or architectural industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and safety protocols.
