Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure the effective execution of design plans and adherence to project timelines.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with the design vision.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues as they arise on-site, making informed decisions to maintain project progress and quality.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison between all stakeholders, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any challenges faced.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, schedules, and changes in scope, and report to management as needed.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within budget and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- **Team Leadership**: Guide and motivate site workers, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively toward project goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
