**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain proper issue reports, resolutions and schedules.
- Coordinate with all departments and manage ERP software issues & modification activities.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tickets.
- Identify, report & follow-up issues & bugs for rectification
- Provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Conduct meetings on the feature updates of the ERP system and document meeting minutes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ERP training programs.
- Support end-users during and after ERP implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Carry out system testing and validation in coordination with management
- Ensure that all activities are completed on time and within specified time frame.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 7 years of work experience with ERP Systems
- Familiarity with ERP Systems and other similar Systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a strong computer operating skills
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
