The **ERP Coordinator** is responsible for managing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure its smooth operation across various business functions. This role involves coordinating between departments, troubleshooting issues, implementing system updates, and optimizing ERP processes for efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **ERP System Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
- **User Support & Training**: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system-related issues, and conduct training sessions to improve system utilization.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze business processes and recommend ERP enhancements to improve efficiency and workflow automation.
- **Data Management**: Ensure proper data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system. Generate reports and dashboards as needed.
- **ERP Implementation & Upgrades**: Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules, system updates, and migrations. Coordinate with IT and vendors for smooth execution.
- **Cross-Departmental Coordination**: Act as a liaison between departments such as finance, HR, supply chain, and IT to align ERP functionalities with business requirements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain documentation related to ERP workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure compliance with data security policies and audit requirements.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in ERP system administration, coordination, or implementation. Experience with specific ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Understanding of SQL, database management, reporting tools, and ERP configurations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and business processes for system improvements.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different departments and vendors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with ERP system integrations and customizations.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for ERP systems.
Pay: ₹10,341.85 - ₹34,914.28 per month
