**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**As a Commis I, you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as**:

- Work according to the menu specifications by the Head Chef.
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements and cleanliness.
Cook and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.

**Skills and Qualification Required**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Team player qualities
- Diploma in HM is mandatory
- 2 years of experience in the same profile is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
