- **PURPOSE**_ - The Business development executive is responsible to achieve sales targets in specified geography/domain.
- **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -**_

a) New Hire Training - Product & Soft skills

b) Agent performance Post 30 days of training

c) Refresher Training

d) Call Monitoring

e) To understand why protecting information is important

f) to understand the relationship between the information they maintain and information security and hence their responsibility to maintain data accurately and in a timely fashion

g) to be able to distinguish between types of information (and hence, what is important to protect)

h) to understand why it is good practice to back up data, change passwords, etc

- a) Conducting training sessions.

**B. Business Related & Customer Facing -**

Good Knowledge on the products and services offered by the project

Should be effectively be able share thoughts and observations during the call calibrations or call listening session with the clients

- Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards

**D. Communication -**

Good Communication Skills - Fluency in English is mandatory with multi linguistic skills an added advantage basis project requirements

**E. Personal -**

Active Listening - Ability to listen to recorded / live calls and assess the call quality and customer service

Interpersonal skills / to deliver feedback to the associates and the management team.
