
CRM Process Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment status updates and reconciliations.
- Prepare and share aging reports and outstanding dues summaries with management.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure timely collections and resolve queries.
- Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain process documentation and assist with internal audits.
- Generate and present regular reports on client interactions and process efficiency.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, admin, or payment collection roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
**Desirable Attributes**:
- Experience working in a trading or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
