To monitor the timely entry of the CRM data by all users
- To ensure accuracy of the data
- To improvise the CRM process for better and easy analysis of the data.
- Coordinate with CRM users and help them to sort their transactions wherever needed.
- Timely auditing the CRM entries of all departments
- Periodic generation, review and analysis of reports related to Sales, Targets, Visit and Orders in CRM.
- Provide CRM training to users as and when required
- Co-ordination with CRM vendor for new development and issues in the current system
- Administration and Managing User access management in the system.
- Functional testing of the SOP after development
- Providing functional support in Production module as and when required
- Master creation, Management and Administration of Project module.
- Maintaining logs for all the MRP in the system.
- Manage backup of CRM database.
- Providing L1 and L2 support for hardware and networking issues.
- Administration and User management
- Functional knowledge in Purchase, Inventory, Sales and Accounts
- Experience of all the processes followed in CRM
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to collate data and report systematically to management.
- Analytical thinking

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CRM/ERP software: 5 years (preferred)
