**equire Office Admin Assistant/ Executives Age Group 28-40 YRS**
**Location.. Delhi Peeragarhi Chowk Office**
**10am-6.30pm for Female Staff**
- General Admin Support, Assistance and Coordination with warehouse, staff _
- Knowledge of online portals. internet and social media;_
- Order Negotiations, Deal closure, Dispatch Execution, Planning, Sales Coordination_
- Preparing Quotations, Sales Orders, Performa Invoice, Managing Online Tenders_
- Documentation Management MIS, Sales reports, Customers data analysis,_
- Follow up with customers for orders, payment, samples, feedback etc._
- Strong tele skills, Customer Communication and Correspondence_
- Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral)_
- Expert in Handling Customer Care/Front office responsibilities_
- Handling of business Enquires through Company e-commerce website._
- Knowledge of online sales, Listing of industrial products. _Business Tools_
- Good knowledge of Logistic, Transport, Courier Management, CRM ,ERP, _
- Handling of new Lead and New business, New Market and Product Enquiries_
