We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Managing supply chain
- Payment follow ups
- Doing the online and offline marketing like Product listings, Catalog management
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Making reports, presentations, product listing for ecommerce websites
- Assisting Manager in day-to-day operations.
**_Qualifications and Requirements_**
- Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable work experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal skills, previous management experience
