**Job Title: Buyer - Women’s Ethnic Wear**

**Company**: Qurbat Apparels Pvt. Ltd.
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years in Women’s Ethnic Category (Kurta, Suit Sets, Dupattas, etc.)
**Budget**: Up to ₹10 LPA

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and source new vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for women’s ethnic wear.
- Plan and execute seasonal buying strategy aligned with brand aesthetics and sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor collections, and consumer preferences to ensure relevant product selection.
- Conduct fabric and trim assessments, price negotiations, and finalize costings with suppliers.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams for product development and range finalization.
- Monitor sales performance and stock movement to plan effective replenishment and markdowns.
- Strong understanding of women’s ethnic wear (kurta, suit sets, dupattas, festive wear).

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Fashion Buying, or related field (NIFT/NID preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of buying experience in women’s ethnic wear category with a reputed retail or e-commerce brand.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
