**Designation: - Executive / Sr. Executive - Call Centre**

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or Graduate
- Answer inbound phone calls, Introduce Awfis products to potential customers, provide a great first impression, make outbound where ever applicable.
- Achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments with prospects, discovery call for sales and generating sales qualified leads)
- Work closely with the entire sales/ Ops organization to accelerate the sales pipeline & customer service to extend our reach into target accounts

**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks, Time Management & Prospecting skills
- Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
- Strong ability to quickly develop rapport and should be an Active listener
- Has at least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.

**Salary**: ₹103,699.00 - ₹480,573.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
