**KRA of Production Incharge**

1. To check the machine line and ensure the clearance of the machine line is completed.

2. To make the production report for the day and night shifts.

3. To explain and brief the task to the labour.

4. To assign labour to different tasks at various locations.

5. To provide training to the labour on how to perform the work.

6. To allot the batch number after checking the day and date.

7. To provide the PPE kit to all the laborers before they enter the plant.

8. C9heck which raw material to use and how much to use, and explain all this to the operators.

9. Get the RM section cleaned and check if the stacking in the RM section is correct or not.

10. Get the entire section cleaned.

11. Check the production format and verify it.

12. Check if the production is happening correctly and get it verified by the Quality department.

13. Check the bags and liners, and provide labour for packing.

14. Check repeatedly to ensure the stitching of the bags is done correctly.

15. Check the report every hour for the moisture, shape, size, and color.

16. Ensure that bags with different batch numbers are placed on separate stacks.

17. Check the working of the metal detector.

18. Note down the production every hour.

**Reports**

1. To complete the fumigation process and also complete its file.

2. To complete the production file and verify it.

3. To check the metal detector file and verify it.

4. To complete the record of the cleaning of the magnet.

5. To verify the packaging material and prepare its report.

6. To take the stock of KMS and Caustic.

7. To verify Inward and Outward material.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
