Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate

General Manager - Operations. The AGM Ops will play a critical role in leading and

managing our Operations team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering

to schedules, client requirements, business goals, and design standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Operations team, including Project Managers and

Operations Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring their

professional growth and development.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that assigned projects are completed

within agreed-upon schedules, while meeting client needs, design guidelines, and

business objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project milestones, identify potential

risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure successful

project outcomes.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback, and work closely with the team to

address concerns and enhance client relationships.
- Design and implement effective best practices and operating procedures for project

delivery, streamlining workflows, and ensuring consistency in processes.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate relevant practices to enhance

operational efficiency and project quality.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including Design,

Measurement, Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Vendor teams, to optimize

processes and enhance efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among cross-functional teams

to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any project-related escalations and issues.

Swiftly address challenges, provide guidance to the team, and collaborate with

relevant stakeholders to find solutions and ensure project delivery remains on track.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the

project lifecycle.
- Regularly assess project performance against established KPIs, providing insights

and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing operational teams and successfully delivering

projects on time and within scope.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
