Overview:
**PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB**

The Primary function of Training Coordinator is to assist the CPC and Process Trainers with Administrative Tasks of the training programs like Create and Maintain Reports, Proctor Exams, Medical Coding Books Inventory Management, Feedback Capture Exam paper and will handle the remedial/special sessions as needed, Handle the CPC retake trainees.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Process and CPC Academy Trainers with administrative tasks
- Conduct special sessions for trainees who are struggling
- Assist in hiring and interviews
- Proctor exams
- Capture Feedback and maintain
- Generate and maintain all MIS Reports
- Handle the CPC retake trainees
- Assist with the TNA process
- Assist with content development
- Medical coding books management
- Training Tools/Resources Management
- Training Room management (Including Booking and scheduling)

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of work experience as Training/HR Coordinator or Trainer
- Life Sciences Graduates Preferred
- CPC Certification is Preferred
- Should be open to work in shifts if required

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Good at MS office Tools
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent at Data Representation

**JOB DEMANDS**
- Should be open for domestic travel as per business requirements
- Support all the training programs
- Retrain the trainees as and when required

**KEY CONSTITUENTS**
- Liaison with different stakeholders involved.
