**Description**

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing, organizing, and implementing training programs for our Students. With your strong organizational and communication skills, you will ensure that all training initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Identifying training needs

Maintaining student attendance
- Suggest & implement training programs, including content creation, scheduling, and delivery
- Coordinate training logistics, such as booking venues, arranging travel accommodations, and coordinating with seniors.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and help you seniors to develop customized programs to address those needs
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, participation, and evaluation data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and education
- Provide support and guidance to senior trainers, staff and participants during training sessions

**Skills**

People management & Vendor management
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent People skills as Team player and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other training software
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
