**Job Description: Business Development Associate (Fresher to 1 Year Experience)**
**Location**: Kanpur
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month
**Position**: Full-time
**Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated **Business Development Associates** to join our growing team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in developing their career in sales and business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to meet targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing timely updates to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduation in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year in sales, business development, or related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good in mathematics and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
