Job Title: Academic Administrative Coordinator
**Job Description**:
The Academic Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of educational institutions by managing a variety of administrative tasks related to academic programs, faculty support, and student services. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Academic Program Support:
- Assist in the coordination and management of academic programs, including course scheduling, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records of course offerings, enrollments, and academic calendars.
- Collaborate with faculty and department heads to ensure smooth program operations.
2. Faculty Support:
- Facilitate communication between faculty members and academic leadership.
- Assist in organizing faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Manage the distribution of teaching assignments and ensure timely submission of grades.
3. Student Services:
- Provide information and support to students regarding course registration, academic policies, and program requirements.
- Assist in managing student records, transcripts, and academic progress tracking.
- Respond to student inquiries and concerns, directing them to appropriate resources when needed.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update academic databases, systems, and online platforms.
- Prepare and distribute academic materials, such as syllabi, course materials, and announcements.
- Collaborate with other administrative departments, such as admissions and financial aid, to ensure a seamless student experience.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 per week
