**Job Overview**:
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products/services.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or team.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Gather customer feedback and share with relevant departments to improve products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer support activities.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of additional software is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
