A Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the complete order fulfillment process from the point of receiving customer orders to the delivery of goods, including coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate shipment while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with shipping regulations; key duties include order processing, shipment tracking, generating shipping labels, coordinating logistics, resolving shipping issues, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Processing**:

- Receive and review customer orders for accuracy.
- Generate picking lists and coordinate with warehouse staff to pick and pack orders.
- Create shipping labels and manifest documents.
- **Shipment Coordination**:

- Select appropriate shipping carriers based on delivery requirements and cost.
- Book shipments and schedule pick-ups with carriers.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and submit necessary export/import documentation (customs declarations, invoices, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and industry standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping updates.
- Resolve shipping-related issues and complaints.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update system with shipped items.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels.
- **Cost Management**:

- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to optimize shipping costs.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
- **Attention to detail**: Accurate data entry and document preparation are crucial.
- **Communication skills**: Effective interaction with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- **Logistics knowledge**: Understanding of shipping processes, customs regulations, and carrier options.

Relevant Experience:

- Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role within a warehouse or distribution center.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures (if applicable).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
