The Agency Finance Executive will work closely with the Agency Finance (Direct Bill) team to enable end-to-end agent commission, revenue recognition, and agent servicing processes. You will use your problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to support a core subfunction of the team and run processes, effectively communicate, and drive decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support a core sub-function of Agency Finance and liaise with the Accounting and Servicing team.
- Number-crunch, understand and decipher large data sets to lead an informed business decision-making process.
- Effectively communicate with the Insurance Carriers/Producers and act as a bridge between the stakeholders and the Agency Finance team.
- Create insights and decipher agent communication to provide the agents with suitable solutions.
- Assist the team to refine and enhance existing growth processes.
- Assist the team in creating new processes and running them day-to-day with all the stakeholders involved.
- Assist in developing SOP and preparing presentations and documentation for internal use.
