Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Procurement & Sourcing: Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
- Supplier Selection: Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers/vendors to secure the best deals.
- Vendor Management: Maintain an updated database of vendors, products, and costs in Excel/ERP systems.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation: Assess supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes efficiently.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and supplier capabilities.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
- Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Coordination: Work closely with the factory, warehouse, and internal teams for seamless procurement operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in Safety PPE or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of purchase procedures, vendor development, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
