Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Kalyan (Factory)

Experience: 1 - 2 years

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Order Management

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, tracking sales progress, and ensuring timely order processing.

Maintain and update sales and purchase records, generating reports for analysis and decision-making.

Process purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding delivery timelines or delays.
- Customer & Internal Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between the sales team, internal departments, and customers.

Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide prompt after-sales support.

Collaborate with the factory and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Administrative & Operational Support

Organize and maintain essential sales documents and records.

Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating promotional events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience & Industry Knowledge: 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the garment or têxtile industry.

✔Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to effectively engage with domestic and international clients.

✔ Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail.

✔ Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

✔ Team Collaboration: A team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Compensation & Benefits:
