This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Coordination with Business Associates**:
- Act as a primary point of contact between the sales team and business associates.
- Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are aligned with sales objectives and requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by business associates.
- **Sales Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, transactions, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing sales records and resolving discrepancies.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing files, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and customer records.
- Handle inquiries from customers and business associates in a professional manner.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales coordination and compliance functions.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
