The Sales coordinator is responsible for backend sales supporting and MIS reports as required This position reports to the Manager - Sales and works in partnership with local stakeholders.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out the sales support activity
- Oder Booking
- C Form collection follow up
- Coordinate with Customers
- Co-ordination with Sales team for their target/achievement and all sales related activities.
- Generating Purchase Order
- Preparing Performa Invoice /Invoice
- Coordination with Channel Partners
- Coordination & interaction with the internal departments. (Logistics, Finance *Checking mail order mail, complaint mail, sending order confirmation mail, sending dispatch details to Customer, sending outstanding payment mail etc.)

**Education Qualification:

- **
- **Bachelor's degree** in Commerce or related field preferred.
- Proven 2 - 3 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the manufacturing, Automobile or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
