**Job Title**: Accounts Executive - Order Processing

**Location**: Vishrantwadi, Pune

**Salary**:6,00,000 - 10,00,000 per annum depending on experience

**Job type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Shift**: UK Shift (1:30pm - 10pm)

**The Role**:

**Key Duties**:

- Ensure all sales orders are processed on time with the relevant documentation and in line with policies.
- Order creation/processing, Order management.
- Checking stock quantities to ensure orders can be filled.
- Liaise with Sales & Logistics departments to resolve any issues.
- Credit control - supporting UK by staff ensuring credit limits/payment terms are adhered to, dealing with account reconciliations, bringing issues on customer accounts to the attention of immediate Manager.
- Co ordinate with International customers/clients.
- Providing weekly reports on sales and profit margins.
- Provide support to payments team as required. Admin duties, including printing, filing.
- To carry out other duties dedicated by the requirements of the business.

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication.
- Knowledge of Sage50 and / or Sage 200 essential
- Knowledge of Linnworks or other e-commerce platform or CRM systems desirable
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
