**Responsibilities for Account Executive**:

- Should have very good knowledge of TALLY ERP 9.
- Should be able to control the credit by coordinating with bills payable and receivable.
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize account information.
- Stock Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- P&L and Balance Sheet
- Petty cash management
- Purchase Management
- Stock Management
- Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases
- Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company’s financial document

**Qualifications for Account Executive**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 0-6 Months experience required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. **(MS Office, Tally)**:

- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behavior.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (required)
