Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Experience Required: 2-4 years About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and assist in accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. - Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records. - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts. - Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings. - Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and other financial reports as required. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits. - Maintain proper documentation of financial records. Qualifications & Skills - Masters’/ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting. - 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. - Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho or other accounting software. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. - Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
