**Position Name: Accounts Executive**

**Location: Pune (Baner)**

**Requisites**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related / B. Com (essential).
- 1 year of accounting work experience (essential).
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.
- 2-Wheeler is mandatory.
- Proficient in mathematics, Skilled in communication, Well-versed in MS Word, MS Excel and other accounting-related software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and check invoices before sending to customers.
- Follow up of invoices, supplier bill check, vendor payments.
- Petty cash expenses.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Payroll records of employees
- Full and final settlement of employees.
- All bank related tasks/ bank work/ bank statements.
- PF calculation, TDS knowledge.
- All accounting work.
- Maintain asset details of the company.
