GCS offers market entry, enrollment management, recruiting, training, curriculum building, technology, and other solutions to institutions. The company is headquartered in BKC Mumbai, with branches in Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi.

**Employee Position**: Accounts Executive

**Office location**: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. As an integral member of our financial department, you will play a critical role in managing budgeting, financial transactions, authorizing expenses, and maintaining essential financial documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage company budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Financial Transactions: Record and verify financial transactions accurately, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Expense Authorization: Review and authorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with established policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
- Report Generation: Prepare financial reports and statements for management, providing accurate and timely financial information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,952.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
