Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations, overseeing daily accounting operations, and assisting in budgeting processes. Additional responsibilities include working with various teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance requirements
- Proficiency in cost management, MIS, and ROC compliance
- Familiarity with cooperative society accounting and virtual CFO services
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications like CA or CMA will be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
