Job description

We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join us as a **Founder's Office Intern**. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and leadership team, represent the founder in meetings and communications, and get hands-on exposure to business operations, decision-making, and strategic initiatives. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to learn by doing this is the internship for you.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients on behalf of the founder

Support the founder in managing meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups

Prepare briefs, meeting notes, presentations, and reports

Join important meetings, capture key points, and ensure timely execution of tasks

Conduct research and prepare summaries on various topics as needed

Assist in planning travel, events, and business engagements

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Work on special projects that give you exposure to various functions like marketing, operations, strategy, etc.

No degree requirements — we value communication, ownership, and hunger to learn

Freshers, final-year students*, or recent graduates are welcome to apply

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is important)

Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and taking initiative

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or Zoom is a bonus

High level of maturity, reliability, and discretion
