**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Founders' Office Intern** who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. As an intern in our fast-paced startup, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the founders, supporting them with a variety of key projects and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to important initiatives, and see the inner workings of a growing business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Help manage the founders' calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Keep track of important tasks and deadlines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help gather insights, data, and feedback that inform key decisions the founders need to make.
- Prepare background information for meetings, helping founders make informed choices quickly.
- Help solve everyday problems and keep things moving smoothly.
- Help with communication between the founders and the team, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- Help prepare and update key company documents like presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
- Build trust with the founders by taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
