**Position Overview**: As a Founder's Office Intern at Capabl, you will work closely with the founding team, handling high-value clients, building and nurturing relationships, negotiating favorable deals, and strategizing the implementation of projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and strategy, while contributing to the company's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Schedule and participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and feedback.
- **Negotiation and Deal Management**:

- Assist in negotiating favorable deals and contracts with clients and partners.
- Work closely with the founding team to develop negotiation strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Monitor the progress of negotiations and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- **Project Strategy and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to strategize the implementation of awarded projects.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports and presentations for the founding team and key stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, client feedback, and other relevant information to the team.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic documents and proposals.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in business strategy and client management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
