Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM NZT (01:30AM to 09:30AM )
**Job Description**:
- Managing bookkeeping and categorizing monthly, six-monthly, and annual bank statements.
- Preparing and sending weekly invoices.
- Compiling GST reports monthly.
- Recording vehicle mileage and maintaining accurate digital logs.
- Managing and reporting on staff working hours fortnightly.
- General administrative duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work full-time according to New Zealand Time (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM NZT).
- Professional-level English skills.
- A personal computer and reliable internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience with Xero is a plus).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,123.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
