Mayoor School of Music is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event and PR Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing gig bookings, coordinating events, and handling public relations tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Gig Bookings:

- Coordinate and manage bookings for music gigs, ensuring smooth communication with clients, artists, and venues.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for performances, including fees, logistics, and technical requirements.
- Maintain a calendar to track upcoming gigs and ensure timely execution.

2. Event Management:

- Plan, organize, and execute various music events, workshops, and performances.
- Oversee logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, and coordination of equipment and personnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance.

3. Public Relations:

- Handle PR activities to enhance the school's visibility in the community and media.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, articles, and promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event management and PR, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the music scene and understanding of gig logistics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
