
Admin Executive

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Oversee housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist the HR Head in arranging interviews, managing attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
- Arrange for meetings, training sessions, and employee welfare activities.
- Identify and maintain a database of approved vendors for lab equipment, consumables, and office supplies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect quotations from multiple vendors and prepare a comparative analysis for approval.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements and ensure they are sent to vendors.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables (e.g., chemicals, testing reagents, office supplies).
- Initiate timely procurement requests to avoid shortages.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per the agreed timeline.
- Address any delays, discrepancies, or quality issues with the supplier.
- Cross-check received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and process them for payment approval.
- Maintain records of purchase requisitions, POs, invoices, and delivery challans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
