**POSITION**:Customer Success Associate
**JOB SUMMARY**:
To handle queries and complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensuring end to end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer in every transaction. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience. Being a part of this team also means to be the whistleblower, highlight issues impacting customers both external and internal.
**QUALIFICATION / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**: (Pre Requisite)
Ø 12th or Graduate in any stream
Ø Language capabilities - English & Hindi (Written & Verbal) - one additional regional language would be added advantage.
Ø Diversity ratio Male/Female - 50:50 ratio
**SELECTION PROCESS**:
All qualified / eligible applicants will go thru the following screening process
Ø **Pre Screening **- (to be done by the Vendor)
- Versant India (VETI) voice evaluation, Merit Trace WET & CSOQ Evaluation with a minimum score of 4.
- Typing test - Minimum of 30 words per min with 85% accuracy
**Background Verification** - ID Proof, Address proof, educational records & previous employment (originals to be verified)
Ø **Final Screening& Appointment** - (will be done by Flipkart)
F2F/Virtual round will be done by Flipkart POC, post which the final selection details will be shared to vendor
**Training & Certification**:
- Pre-process & process training will be provided by Flipkart (at our location).
- Certification will be evaluated basis 3 Mock interactions - Minimum score of 80+ in 2 calls with no Fatal errors such as usage of Nonprofessional language, Interruption without apology, Being Rude or sarcastic. Post successfully clearing the certification process, the consultant will be moved to the production floor. Certificating will be limited to 1 re-attempt. Any consultant failing to clear the certification process (incl. re-attempt) will be referred back to the source.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
