**Job Purpose**

Responsible for the Customer insights - Complaints, customer feedback - NPS/TNPS

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Analyse the network complaints trends
- Evaluate solutions/systems to automate the handling of the complaints
- Analyse network feedback from other sources like TNPS/NPS/Social media etc.
- Interface with circles and CS teams on complaints trends and insights
- Corrleate different sources to create use cases

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Overall knowledge of the network architecture and systems
- Complaint handling and TSG processes
- Knowledge of customer feedback systems TNPS/NPS/Benchmarking
- Engineering Degree with 10+ years of experience on Analytics/Customer Experience management
- Network Complaint handling
- Understanding customer feedback and trends

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

BE - Computers/Telecom

MBA - Optional
