**Job Purpose**

Managing the Pan India configuration of products and ensuring the campaign configuration and support the GTM.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Strategic**
- Strategize, Design & Develop National Product Execution process.
- Improve Delivery & Go to Market timelines for segmented products.
- Develop and Facilitate Prioritize customer experience initiatives across market segments to improve NPS, Product Uptake & Revenue

**Operational**
- Responsible for Product configuration on all systems (IN, UPSS, Imagine etc.)
- Coordinating with RA, UAT & Circle marketing for smooth product roll-out
- Ensuring error free product configuration
- Designing National Campaigns & Customer Journeys
- Working closely with the Capabilities team for new product/functionality development.
- Working with external partners to introduce new features.

**Developmental**
- Coach, develop and manage teams as well as identify key talent for future roles and responsibilities.
- Create a positive environment of change readiness and excellence.
- Ensuring there is a coherent plan on employee development - and its implementation
- Frequent communication to all levels to ensure a sense of belonging and an alignment to organizational business objectives

- Graduate/MBA with 10+ years of work experience - In sales & consumer marketing. Some telecom experience preferred.
- Customer life cycle management
- Business management experience with focus on product management & product marketing
- Domain: Product Management / U&R role in Telecom
- Technology architecture and its impact on business

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate
- Knowledge in Networking and Telecom Industry
