**Job Purpose**

Driving Base Retention and Revenue uplift through CVM plan execution.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Plan and execute proactive Retention programs to contain churn using Big Data analytics
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Planning and achievement
- Analysis of Product Interventions
- Competition Tracking

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Customer Value and Revenue Management
- Analytical & Problem solving approach
- Telecom Product Management (Ideal) at circle
- Excel/SAS/BI
- Stakeholder management

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
