**Job Purpose**

Deliver Prepaid Business Revenues

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Achieve Unlimited Net Adds budgeted Target & Unlimited Customer Paying Revenue (CPR) target
- Prepaid CPR Target vs Achievement
- Unlimited Net Addition / Base Penetration
- CVM SPOC for all BI data validation, data sanity check, governance of data correctness, automation of reports & on time delivery of reports
- Support in seamless execution of CVM campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Extraction of static bases considering relavant stratification variables, basis pilot objective for seemless campaign execution
- Evaluation of campaign performance, to help in decision making for braod basing the pilots
- Validation of KPI's to ensure automation of new capabilities through CVM Platform (Pelatro) and inputs for enhancement
- Supporting Big Data team to deliver revenue target
- CVM SPOC - for validation of all data KPI's for model inputs/delivery & performance evaluation
- Target delivery of Big Data Models on Prepaid Revenue agreed with Big Data team
- Customer insights to drive better experience
- Designing and managing communication calendar
- Customer insights - conducting google survey, tele-calling, market insights etc & help in enhancing customer journey & product offerings
- Drive Digital Adoption through MAU on APP and RC contribution. Managing new partnerships alliances to drive content recharges
- Creating end to end journey/campaigns for all new partnership alliances to drive content recharges as per agreed target
- SPOC for Planning to coordinate with content team & drive CVM priorities

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

Marketing /Product Management / Business Analytics / Modelling
