Job role & responsibilities:
- Screen and prioritize incoming mail for needed action and follow up.
- Responds to mail where appropriate or distributes mail requiring attention to appropriate individual(s).
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and form.
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Personal Secretary Requirements:
- Graduate, any specialization.
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Skill to listen attentively.
- Competence to schedule and prioritize workflow.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office
