Job Description:
We are looking for a female Personal Secretary who will assist in day-to-day office and personal tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communication professionally.
- Maintain records, files, and important documents.
- Assist in office coordination and follow-up work.
- Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required.
- Travel arrangements and event coordination when needed.
- Provide administrative and personal support to management.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Qualification: Graduate (Preferred).
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Smart, presentable, and well-organized.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
